A recently purchased holiday home in Rosebud on the Mornington Peninsula, was in need of a landscaping revamp including some over due TLC. The existing landscape had a good design but all the plants had overgrown and were very neglected.
Our clients not only wanted a revamp for their newly purchased holiday home, they also wanted a landscape that was low-maintenance and looked great all year round. We got to work to complete an entire landscape transformation.
At the front, a red-gum retaining wall was constructed to create a break to the nature strip, the rocks were rearranged, irrigation was installed and new plants were planted. Low-maintenance and drought tolerant plants were chosen to ensure they thrived even when our clients were away from the property.
Concrete was laid around the house and a slab installed out the back as a foundation to the shed.
Out the back a new retaining wall was constructed and a dry rock wall installed. New Basalt steppers where laid across the yard, along with new irrigation, plants and fresh mulch laid on top.
All the concrete was coloured sealed to ensure longevity.
Our clients absolutely loved the final result!
