Quality new picket fence & gates with an automatic swing system for a home in McCrae on the Mornington Peninsula

We recently installed a new picket fence and gates with an automatic swing system for a home in McCrae on the Mornington Peninsula. We constructed the 1.8 metre picket fence with capping using 70mm x 20mm cyprus pickets, 150mm x 50mm cyprus capping and treated pine sleepers and rails.

The line of the fence was slightly sloping so we installed each panel with a 100mm step down. Metal gates were wielded in our workshop and then were sent away to get powder coated. We also installed a letterbox into the fence.

Once powder coated, the strong metal frame gate was cladded with cyprus pickets and hung. The whole fence and gate has been painted by the client and is just waiting for a top coat. Dean from Southern Peninsula Gates installed the automatic gate swing system which is the FAAC brand.

Our clients love the security their new fence brings and the ease of their new automatic gate system.
